Severson's Knoll

We have lived in the area for over 30 years, and on this property for 21 years, where we have raised a large family. All of our children are still in the area, and our 18 yr. old daughter, Sienna, is still at home. I am a carpenter/builder and have rarely had to leave this canyon for work. My wife, Monica, worked for many years at one of Carmel's finest restaurants, though now stays plenty busy running this business. We have been avid backpackers/campers, taking the entire family on many hikes. Since first passing through this area as teenagers, we have felt that this is one of the most beautiful places in California, if not the entire country. There truly is magic in the air, and we feel blessed to be here. We are a storehouse of info regarding the best local restaurants, hiking trails, beaches, river spots, etc, so please feel free to ask.
